It has to be the king of beef joints - the forerib that takes pride of place on the counter!
Our fabulous organic beef is something that takes time, commitment and care.
Our Hereford Cattle graze on nutritious organic grass throughout the Spring, Summer amd Autumn months, only coming into the barns for a brief time during winter where they are fed on silage made from grass harvested from the farm. The health and welfare of our animals is of the utmost importance to our farmers.
When it comes to butchery we adopt a whole carcass approach, using traditional techniques. The result is a wide range of beef cuts, joints and products, produced by skilled butchers, packed full of flavour.
