❤️Andrew has made a batch of beef olives (he does a fair bit of moaning when doing so🙄) Pop them in the slow cooker in a small amount of beef stock with red onions. Thicken your sauce up and serve with a buttery mash, your beef olives and lashings of that red onion gravy

🩵It’s Cajun chicken lasagne this week folks. Made using only the finest white breast meat in our own creamy Cajun sauce. Layered with a Cajun béchamel and fresh pasta. Topped with mozzarella & white cheddar.

💙STUFFED MUSHROOM CHICKEN…

🩵A boneless breast fillet stuffed with Ayrshire bacon and spinach sautéed in a garlic butter This is then covered in a creamy mushroom sauce. (1 fillet per tray)

💙HOT HONEY GOUJON BAKE…

🩵BBQ glazed chicken mini fillets covered in a hot honey BBQ sauce. Topped with salami, pepperoni and cheese with a hot honey drizzle
