Songbird Bakery Gorgeous tasty bread products all hand made in Maythorne, near Southwell, Nottinghamshire. Sourdough a speciality. Always best to pre-order my products.

I make all kinds of yeast products ranging from traditional loaves to more rustic, farmhouse batches. I use locally milled flours ( white, wholemeal, rye, spelt, country grain) wherever possible from Tuxford and Green's Mill in Nottingham. Other lines include focaccia, ciabatta, pains au chocolat, croissants and hot cross buns. All profits benefit my chorus THE LACE CITY CHORUS based in Nottingham.
