Dole Foodservice Liverpool and Bryan's salads proudly hosted some of the Mellors catering services team at their farm in Tarleton, just under an hour away from our Foodservice depot.

The team got hands-on experience learning all the ins and outs of the salad business from some of the very best in the industry. It was a brilliant opportunity to see the passion, care, and expertise that goes into delivering fresh, high-quality produce every day.

As a proud family-run business, Bryan’s Salads shared not only their knowledge and experience, but also the values and dedication that have helped make them such a respected name in the industry.
