Established in 2008 by Jeremy and Gilly Kiddy, Radwinter Wild Game Company sources local wild game meat, and prepares it into oven-ready made products for wholesale and retail trade. Based on their farm, the business comprises an approved master class Butchery, and produces local Venison, Wild Rabbit, Wood Pigeon, Mallard, Pheasant and Partridge, plus they make their own hand-made gourmet Sausages and Burgers, fresh to order.
