Instead of reaching for sugary energy drinks, why not try this simple homemade alternative? Made with natural ingredients, it's a refreshing way to help replace electrolytes and keep you feeling your best during the heatwave.

🍋 Juice of 1 Lemon

😍Happy Father's Day to all the dads, stepdads, grandads and father figures out there.

The BBQ masters. The one-trip shopping champions. The thermostat protectors. The lawn enthusiasts. The family taxi drivers. And, of course, the ones who insist they don't want anything from the farm shop... before leaving with half a basket.

Thank you for the lifts, the life lessons, the terrible jokes and all the little things you do that often go unnoticed.
