The children have been back at school for a month now, and it feels like the coughs, colds and sore throats are well and truly doing the rounds! 🤧😷

With so many little ones picking up bugs at the moment, it’s a good time to make sure they’re getting plenty of rest, fluids and nutritious food to support their immune system. 💚

A few simple things that can help at home:

🍯 A spoonful of honey can be soothing for a sore throat or cough (for children over 1 year old).
💧 Plenty of fluids — water, warm drinks or broths can help keep them hydrated.
🍋 Warm lemon and honey can be a comforting drink when they’re feeling under the weather (honey is only suitable for children over 1).
😴 And, of course, lots of rest and sleep while their little bodies fight off those bugs.
