There will be samples of Mince Pie Fudge and Cranberry & Citrus Fudge in the shack from 9 this morning. Please take a sample if you are popping by and let me know what you think.

Having one of those days where it would probably have been more wise to step away from the pan 🤣😭

2 batches of oops fudge will be making their way in to the shack tomorrow. Thankfully this will be joined by lots of non oops fudge including some seasonal additions.

We are now stocked at Folly Ice Cream Parlour and Sweet Treats in Holt! Definitely somewhere you need to check out while there 😋

Obviously had to sample some ice cream whilst dropping off the fudge. DELICIOUS!

The posts have been lacking but I am still here cooking away. A busy time with the children returning to school and one transitioning to college.

Some Autumnal Flavours are now available to purchase in the shack 🍂

Autumn is starting early as I've had a fudge faux pas 😝
I thought the bottle I was pouring was Salted Caramel but it was Pumpkin Spice! My kitchen smells delicious 😋 though.

I have been terrible at updating the page but I needed to share some exciting news!

I have a new pan 🥳🍾 and I think it is a keeper ❤️

I can't part with my faithful pan but it will be good to have a back up when that one needs a break!

I am trying to keep the shack well stocked but please accept my apologies if the flavour you want isn't there. It is just me that makes the fudge and life is rather hectic this time of year.

If there is ever anything specific you want putting aside to collect, do get in touch.

Apologies for being so quiet on here. It's all a bit manic with my other job, 2 children finishing exams and the summer hols looming.
I am keeping the shack well stocked so do pop by. First oops batch in a while. In the shack from this a.m 🤪
Lots of non oops fudge available. Managed not to ruin the Biscoff, Oreo, Salted Caramel, Chocolate and Raspberry I made yesterday 🥳😋🥳

Good Morning Everyone 🌞🌞

I hope you're all coping in this heat.

This is just a reminder to keep your fudge cool. Although it doesn't need to be kept in the fridge, I would advise finding a cool spot to store it in especially in these temperatures. So, cool, dark room or you can store it in the fridge or even freezer (had a lovely customer who told me she does this and it defrosts fine).
