🇬🇧National Butchers Week 🇬🇧 Homemade Grandads recipe meat paste or potted meat.
Just like it used to taste 😋
We make it fresh from shin beef and ham shank, salt, and pepper to taste.
Cooked for 12 hours in its own stock. Nice on a slice of bread 🍞 😋

Corned beef tray bake. Made with chunky mash potatoes and chunky corned beef by my sister Sharon.
The pastry is a fresh shortcrust pastry and hand made .

All our gold award winning sausages are filled out into natural skins.
The pork is hand trimmed with select cuts of pork shoulder meat and loin . I trim all the gristly bits out .
