A long time ago, a brave and courageous man came to this country without a penny in his pocket , yet he came with handfuls of determination and hard work. This same man met an English lady, and whilst she didn't speak a word of Ukrainian nor he any English, they married and were happy and soon had 4 sons to carry on the man’s Ukrainian legacy. The English lady developed friendships with her newly
found Ukrainian community, and her children and grandchildren loved to enjoy her amazing food which she learned how to cook from her husband and her new friends. One of her sons in particular loved to learn about the Ukrainian culture, history and particularly the food. After hours of recreating his mother and father's recipes, and trying them out on friends and family he decided to take his passion a little step further and began to create all types of international cuisine. Whilst we can't take you all around the world, we can bring a little taste of the world to you.
