c.) Assar em forno normal, a 250 graus, de 45 a 50 minutos. ( pode ir diretamente ao forno). Não perfurar com garfo durante o período de preparo. Estará pronto para servir assim que dourar. Quando for levar ä mesa, retire as linhas de costura. Micro-ondas, somente para aquecer depois de assado.
