We're back with Teff Sourdough, sandwich loaves, cookies & cream and cinnamon buns. 🍪🍪🍪

They've just had a delivery of organic veggies too and they are looking scrumptious and bring a few empty containers with you in case you spot something in their refill section.

We started some sprouts off a couple of weeks ago and they look like their almost ready, we'll sprinkle them through the salads to give you an extra nutrient boost.

Why are they so good for us?

Microgreens have up to 40 times more nutrients than the mature plant. I understand it like this; sunflower seeds have the potential to grow 8ft plus so they need all those nutrients to get there. Now we're having a handful at a time and there's no way we're getting through 20 fully grown plants in a sitting - maybe the sunflower is a bad example, but you get the point right?

There's an alphabet of vitamins in there plus your micronutients and they taste great.

It's a good news bad news kinda post.
Good news, cakes are cheaper and I think should stay that way for some time.

Bad news breads have had to increase.
I have tried my best to keep the prices as reasonable as possible, the breads aren't cheap, I know. A quick look around the supermarkets though and I saw they are at least fair.
In fact some gluten-free sourdoughs are £4 over mine for the size.
