And the postal orders will resume next week, not everything on the website will be for posting but the Sweet and Savoury bake boxes for sure, and this next week will be the last week for the October boxes... for obvious reasons!

I switched to powdered psyllium husk instead of whole and it made the dough easier to handle, to roll and load with filling so there's a more distict roll.

I think they might even be softer.
I, think better.
You'll have to let me know what you think.

For those of you that aren't gf you might not be familiar with psyllium husk. It's what we use to help create structure so the yeast bubbles has somewhere to go.
Also makes a good egg replacer for us vegans too.

Best thing I like about it is there's nowt weird in it, it's a soluble fibre that comes from plantain. In fact it's the seeds of the blonde plantago that's use much in the same way of flax/linseed and chia.

We are staying in the shop this Saturday.
One of the positives about that is that we get a bigger variety on Saturday.
So if you've been wanting to visit the shop on a Saturday then this is the week!

And remember everything freezes and thaws really well apart from the cream cakes so you can stock up!

Here's the menu for this week Pals!

Yes that is fudge back for Thursday, yes it's vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar-free fudge 😋

And you might notice bagels on there for Tuesday too - I only make them to order at the moment, but if demand hits I'll keep 'em on for next week...
You can order our sourdough bagels off the website or in person at the shop.

I've been practicing Yule logs again - a bit early I know but we get to eat them too so, not a bad thing right?

And this week we're returning to Wilmslow Artisan Market with The Market Co - Artisan Market with as much as I can fit on the dolly.
