Based in the University area of Manchester for 50 years, we consider ourselves to be something of a Manchester institution. In our Health-food shop, you will find the largest selection veggie, vegan, organic and Fairtrade food in the North-west. We also sell a broad range of nutritional and herbal supplements, cruelty free, natural and organic cosmetics, eco-friendly cleaning products, vegan and v

egetarian alcohol and so much more. Our basement cafe creates fresh, wholesome and exciting vegetarian meals and vegan meals, perfect for a hearty, healthy eating or pop in for an afternoon pick-me-up of fairly traded and organic coffee and locally made vegan cake. In addition, we host and run events and offer space for local groups to meet.

Jon is ace. He's endlessly helpful, a very safe pair of hands, nothing is too much trouble. He's been brightening up our wednesday mornings for many years and we love him!

We'll be taking a little holiday over the Easter period to recharge our batteries, get some fresh air and potentially eat some egg shaped chocolate. As such, we'll be closing at 5:30pm on Thursday and will be re-opening on Tuesday morning at 9:30am. We hope you all have a fantastic Bank Holiday weekend and we hope to see you soon.
