Here’s what’s waiting behind the counter this Christmas…

🟦 Fourme au Moelleux
A luxurious French blue by Rodolphe Le Meunier, injected with sweet Vouvray wine from the Loire. Creamy, dense and bold, with the sweetness of the wine perfectly balancing the blue. A real showstopper.

🧀 Stinking Bishop
Soft, washed rind and famously pungent! Handmade in Gloucestershire and washed in pear perry, this cheese is rich, meaty and gloriously indulgent. Often spoonable rather than sliceable – just how we like it.

🍄 Moreton
A rustic British Tomme-style cheese with beautiful natural moulds. Expect woodland mushroom aromas, a smooth texture and deep savoury flavours with a clever, clean finish.

🔵 Beenleigh Blue (Devon)
Local and seasonal. Younger cheeses are fresh and crumbly, while older ones are rich, creamy and full of depth. Tangy, sweet and utterly moreish.

🍺 Drunk Monk
A Belgian-style washed rind cheese washed twice in REX Blonde Ale. Fudgy, pliable and packed with malty, savoury flavour with a subtle hop bitterness. Seriously addictive.

🤍 Baron Bigod Brie
Britain’s answer to Brie-de-Meaux. Suffolk made, soft and bloomy with nutty, mushroomy flavours and a beautifully oozy golden centre. Elegant and indulgent.
