This morning our cleaner was cleaning out the bins at the front of the store and found these Guilsborough Academy blazers with the initials GA inside of them.

If this was a mistake then we have them inside the Co-op.

Hello everyone 👋,

Just a reminder that our new Post Office hours are:

Monday - Friday: 7am - 2pm
Saturday: 7am - 12pm
Sunday: CLOSED

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but due to staff shortages and the store not getting enough hours to keep the Post Office open we’ve had to reduce our hours.

Please keep this in mind when wanting to use the service provided by us.

As we turn into a brand new year, all of us from Co-op Long Buckby just want to share a thank you to everyone who has been in and supported us throughout 2025.

It hasn’t been an easy year for us (i.e the cyber attack in April) but we’ve always had the pleasure of having such understanding and brilliant customers who continued to stick by us even during that time.

We hope that 2026 can be a lot better and we can continue to see our customers happy with our stock and services.

Hello everyone!

With the festive season fast approaching we wanted to make our customers aware of our Post Office trading days around Christmas and the New Year.

We understand any frustration you may have but please remember that we as a team would love to have our shop at an excellent standard to make your Christmas food shop a lot more enjoyable. 🎄🎅

Just a quick message to our customers:

Tomorrow we will be unable to sell any lottery tickets or check any winnings which you may have hopefully won over the weekend.

This is due to our lottery machine having a huge update to become up to date with the rest of the ones in the Nation.

We are still able to sell the scratch cards on display but please be aware you will not be able to cash in until Monday the 4th August.

Just a quick message to our customers here at Long Buckby Co-op:

Unfortunately, due to reasons beyond our control, our card machines have gone down which means we’ll only be able to take cash for payment at the moment. If you come to the store with your physical card you can draw cash out via the post office or the ATM outside.

We’ll make sure to keep you all up to date when our card machines are back up and running again.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
