Bone Broth Recipe:
1x 2kg Field & Flower Beef Stock Bones
2L water
2x Carrots
2x Celery Sticks
4x Portobello Mushrooms
Garlic
Thyme
Bay Leaves
Parsley
1. Roast your bones & vegetables for 20 minutes in a 180°c fan / 200°c oven.
2. Place the roasted bones & vegetables into a high-sided pot. Add in the herbs. Pour over the water.
3. On a medium-low heat, bring the pot to a simmer. Leave it to simmer for 6-8 hours.
4. Remove the big pieces, then strain.
