CONFITURE PARISIENNE

We’re incredibly excited to share with you a sublime range of jams from cult Parisian jam producer, Confiture Parisienne.

These are exceptional and unique jams, all made with exceptional produce. Each have a unique and harmonious flavour pairing as their profile; think Strawberry and Rose Geranium, or Banana, Rum and Vanilla… For the more adventurous (or daring!?) of you, we’ve even got a Cherry and Kalamata Olive jam from them (and it’s equally as delicious any of their other offerings!).

Not only are all of the jams utterly delicious, they’re also beautifully presented in unique and artistic jars, making them a stand out feature of any table spread.

We are proud to announce that we have partnered with London‘s most innovative and sustainable specialty coffee company, Kiss The Hippo.

We have their classic blend coffee available as both whole beans and as Nespresso compatible pods. Expect notes of dark chocolate, caramel and walnut. The current blend is:

50% Brazil - Savara, Washed
50% Colombia - Bombo, Washed

COMPAGNIE DU MIEL

We were first introduced to Compagnie Du Miel’s fantastic honeys at Paris’s famous food hall, La Grande Épicerie.

Immediately we were blown away by the distinct flavours and characteristics of the varieties on show, and knew there and then that we had to try and strike up a relationship with them and introduce their fabulous products to our customers back here in the UK too. We’re very happy and excited to say that they’re now here.

We’ve got three separate Madagascan forest honeys available from them: Lychee, Eucalyptus and Niaouli (a cousin of the tea tree). If you can’t decide which variety to choose from first, we’ve got a mini taster pack of smaller 40g jars of each of three varieties available too.

BACANHA

Made in Paris with raw materials from across the globe, Bacanha use natural extracts, essential oils, fruit juices and aromas to produce outstanding flavoured syrups.

The syrups are fantastic in various cocktails, but they’re also great simply on their own in water and have a multitude of potential uses when it comes to cooking and pastry.

They never use dyes or preservatives, so the syrups have natural shades, with little or no color depending on the recipe and the fruit.

Every syrup is packaged in an amber glass bottle that protects the syrup from light making it consumable for longer.

CITIZENS OF SOIL

We’re incredibly proud of all of our suppliers and the produce that we’re able to share from the with you on Menus.

First up it’s Citizens Of Soil and their incredible Greek olive oil. It’s small batch, minimal intervention extra virgin olive oil, and comes from a single family in Dafnes, Crete.

Tasting wise think fresh-cut grass on the nose, then flavours of banana and tomato leaf with an avocado bit coming through. There’s a slightly peppery finish that's a sign it's rich in Oleocanthal (anti-inflammatory, antioxidant 'superfood' compound).

It’s a fantastic all rounder: Dressing a summer tomato salad with it takes things to a whole new level. We’ve even (and if you’ve never tried this, give it a go!) been drizzling it over vanilla ice cream with a pinch of sea salt for an ethereal sweet treat!
