🥑Don’t you just love opening up a perfect avocado🥑 Here’s a quick *pico de gallo recipe that’ll add a nourishing touch✨
~ Ingredients ~
2 medium tomatoes
1/4 small onion
1 tablespoon of fresh coriander
olive oil, lemon, salt&pepper
~ Directions ~
Dice the tomato and onion(smaller pieces than the tomatoes)🌿add tablespoon of fresh coriander previously cut🌿mix all ingredients in a bowl🌿verify taste, adjust salt&pepper if necessary🌿Open the avocado in half stuff with the pico the gallo and sprinkle with rawmessan flakes🌿Enjoy! 🌞

Here’s a Bank Holiday inspired energizing meal for days out while the warm weather lasts
🥗Tri colour Quinoa Salad🥗
~Ingredients~
1cup of TRI COLOR QUINOA
1 stalk of celery
1 small onion
1 Spoon organic Vegetable stock in powder
1 thinly peeled carrot
4 kale leaves
Olive Oil, salt&pepper
~Directions~
Saute onion and celery in a saucepan with oil 2min🌿add 1 cup of quinoa, 1 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of organic vegetable stock, stir🌿leave to simmer around 10 minutes at medium/low heat (Quinoa cooking time can vary see instructions in package)🌿In a separate pot boil kale leaves 3min🌿adjust salt and pepper to spice🌿plate the quinoa once cool, add peeled carrot, add kale, sprinkle with oil and rawmessan rosso🌿Enjoy! 🌞

Here’s a wholesome broccoli soup🥦
~Ingredients~
1 Broccoli
1 stalk of celery
1 small onion
1 tblsp organic vegetable stock in powder
1 cup almond milk
salt&pepper
~Directions~
Sauté for 2min in a saucepan oil, broccoli, onion and celery🌿add 3 cups of water and organic vegetable stock🌿leave to cook for around 20min adjust salt & pepper🌿place in blender and add almond milk🌿Top with our Rawmessan flakes🌿Enjoy! 🌞
