Fairweathers Butchers has recently gone viral, bringing an incredible surge of new customers into our shop. As a long established, family run Mirfield favourite, we’re known for top quality meats, traditional butchery skills, friendly service and a buzzing, welcoming atmosphere. With demand higher than ever, we’re growing our team.

We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, reliable and ready to learn. Experience in retail, food prep or customer service is a bonus, but full training is provided.
Must be able to work as a team in a fast paced environment.

Hours (38.5 per week)

Mon 7:45–2:15
Tue 7:45–4:15
Wed OFF
Thu 7:45–4:15
Fri 7:45–4:15
Sat 7:45–2:15
Extra hours available.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Serving customers & operating the till
• Making sausages, burgers & prepping food
• Slicing cooked & raw meats including beef pork and lamb
• Preparing sandwiches & lunches
• Taking phone orders
• Cleaning & keeping the shop organised
•
Food hygiene training is desirable but not essential. Good personal hygiene is essential.
