We’re Hiring!

The Clwydian Butcher Shop in Llangollen is looking to add two new roles to our existing team of three experienced butchers. The roles are:

· Butcher 🔪
· Shop Assistant

Both roles are permanent positions and can be full or part time. The right person for the roles will have some knowledge of working within the meat industry or a retail food environment. The roles come with excellent rates of pay & benefits. Further training is available if required.

and no baker, so that results in a temporary pause in the 🥧 pie production.

The good news is we have more room to expand our locally sourced Welsh 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 meats selection for you and the ability to tempt you with some new lines 😊

We’ve added the following to the counters :-

⭐️ A variety of flavoured spatchcock chickens.
⭐️ Caribbean crumb chicken.
⭐️ Chicken Kiev’s.
⭐️ Mango and chilli chicken breast.
⭐️ Additional own recipe sausage varieties, including our own gluten free thick pork.

We left home much earlier this am while it was bathed in glorious sunshine 🌞 and she’s just caught up with us!
