Its a gouda day! From the bottom we have: Beemster Grand Cru Royaal, winner of the World Cheese Awards this year (butterscotch, caramel, crystalline, bloody lovely) Then we have a Zommer cheese, made with the fresh summer milk and flavoured with summer herbs, Truffle Gouda (our best selling truffle cheese). Up next is Pesto Gouda (you will often find this in one of the many bars who have our cheese) Finally a big Wow for Gouda with lavender and seaweed it tastes great but most importantly - its purple 💜

Jpin us this Wednesday evening at on Old Hall Street for the best night out! Its Cocktail night Cheese school. Always popular, picture a warm summer evening and an exciting array of cheeses, some a little bit quirky and unusual to sample along with a cocktail or a mocktail  prepared especially for us by the lovely team at City Wine Bar, (this is a great Cheese school session for non-drinkers). There will also be special deals available on other cocktails all evening.  There will of course also be fruits, biscuits, bread, music and loads of cheese stories!
