Ditch the frying pan and the messy cleanup! Your air fryer is the secret to perfectly "fried" eggs without the spluttering oil. Using ramekins keeps your eggs neat, contained, and cooked to perfection every single time with Country Lane Foods. 🍳✨

🕒 6-Minute Air Fryer Ramekin Egg (at 180°C)
This is the ultimate hack for a quick, healthy breakfast that looks as good as it tastes.

What You’ll Need:
2 Country Lane Foods eggs 🥚
A tiny drop of oil or butter (to grease the ramekins)
Salt & pepper to taste

📖 Quick Steps:
Lightly grease two small ramekins. Crack one Country Lane Foods egg into each.

Place the ramekins into the air fryer basket.

Cook: Slide the basket in and cook at 180°C:

5-6 Minutes: For a gorgeous runny yolk and set whites.
7-8 Minutes: For a firmer, jammy yolk.

Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Use a small spatula to slide them onto toast, or eat them straight from the ramekin for zero mess!

Top Tip: For an extra kick, sprinkle a little paprika or chilli flakes over the eggs before you slide the basket in! 🌶️

You might have thought the air fryer was strictly for crispy textures, but it’s actually a total pro at making fluffy, effortless scrambled eggs! 🥚✨

Forget standing over a hot stove stirring a pan. This set-and-forget method gives you perfectly soft curds every time using our Home To Roost eggs.

🕒 The 5-Minute Scramble (at 180°C)
This is the ultimate hack for a quick desk breakfast or a mess-free morning.

What You’ll Need:
2-3 Country Lane Foods eggs 🥚
1 tbsp milk or cream (for extra fluffiness) 🥛
A small k**b of butter 🧈
Salt & pepper to taste

📖 Quick Steps:
Prep: Grab an air-fryer-safe dish or a small cake tin. Add the butter and pop it in the air fryer at 180°C for 1 minute to melt.

Whisk: While the butter melts, whisk your eggs, milk, and seasoning together in a separate bowl.

Pour & Cook: Pour the egg mixture into the warmed dish. Slide the basket back in and cook at 180°C for 4–5 minutes total.

The Secret Step: Halfway through (around the 2-minute mark), open the basket and give the eggs a quick whisk or scramble with a fork. This breaks up the curds and keeps them light!

Serve: Once they look just set, take them out (they’ll continue to cook slightly from the residual heat).

Top Tip: Don't overcook them!

Waking up to a messy kitchen is a thing of the past! Your air fryer is the ultimate "one-basket wonder" for creating a full, gourmet breakfast with zero pans to scrub. 🍳✨

Whether you want a classic "egg in a hole," some roasted tomatoes on the vine, or a perfectly soft-boiled egg, you can do it all at once using Country Lane Foods free-range eggs.

🕒 The All-In-One Breakfast (at 180°C)
Here is how to layer your basket for a perfectly timed morning:

What’s in the basket:
A thick slice of sourdough with a hole cut out, and one Country Lane Foods egg cracked into the centre.

The Sides: A small vine of cherry tomatoes and a pre-made mini frittata or hash brown.

The "Boilers": A few whole eggs tucked into the corners for your lunchtime salad.

Seasoning: A sprinkle of fresh chives and cracked black pepper.

📖 Quick Steps:
Layout: Line your basket (optional) and arrange your bread, tomatoes, and whole eggs so they aren't overlapping.

Crack: Carefully crack your egg into the centre of the bread.

Cook: Slide the basket in at 180°C for 6–8 minutes.

6 Minutes: Runny yolk in the toast and soft-boiled whole eggs.

8 Minutes: Set yolk in the toast and medium-set whole eggs.

Serve: Lift everything out and enjoy a hot, multi-element breakfast in under 10 minutes!

Pro Tip: If you like your toast extra crunchy, give the bread a quick 1-minute "head start" in the air fryer before cracking the egg into it! 🍞🔥

🕒 The 8-Minute Egg Cup (at 190°C)
This method gives you a perfect baked result in minutes, using either an egg cup holder or small ramekins in the air fryer basket.

🛒 You Will Need:
2 Country Lane Foods eggs 🥚
Non-stick cooking spray or butter 🧈
Diced bell peppers (red, yellow) 🫑
Red onion, finely diced 🧅
Small handful of spinach 🌿
Halved cherry tomatoes 🍅
Salt & pepper (to taste)

Optional: Sourdough for toast soldiers 🍞

📖 Quick Steps:
Prep: Lightly grease two ramekins or egg cups and add a tablespoon of the diced vegetables to the bottom. Place them in the air fryer basket. Pre-heat at 190°C.

Crack: Carefully crack one egg on top of the vegetables in each cup. Add the spinach, halved tomatoes, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

8-10 Minutes: For a fully set, firm egg.

Pro Tip: For a super-fast cleanup, use silicone egg cups or bake the eggs directly in a muffin tin that fits your air fryer! 🧁

Forget the hob! If you need a batch of hard-boiled eggs for meal prep, salads, or a high-protein snack, the air fryer is the most hands-off way to do it. 🥚🔥

No water, no splashing, and best of all - the shells practically slide off!

🕒 The 15-Minute Hard-Boiled Egg (at 135°C)

Put your eggs straight from the fridge into the air fryer basket (no need to preheat).

Cook: Set your air fryer to 135°C for 15 minutes.

Cool: Once the timer goes off, let them sit for a minute, then move them to a bowl of cold tap water to stop the cooking.

That’s it! You’ve got a perfectly set egg ready for slicing or mashing. 🥗🥪

Top Tip: Air fryers vary in power, so if it's your first time, try one test egg at 15 minutes. If you like yours even firmer, go for 16-17 minutes next time!

Delicious!!

HAPPY EARTH DAY! 🌍🐝
At Country Lane Foods, we believe that Goodness is Egg Shaped, and that goodness starts with the ground beneath our feet. This Earth Day, we’re celebrating our incredible pollinators and our The Birds and the Bees range!

DID YOU KNOW? 🧐

Bees are the unsung heroes of our food chain! In fact, it’s estimated that one out of every three mouthfuls of food we eat depends on pollinators like bees. Without them, our plates would look very different—and much emptier!

Sadly, the UK has lost about 97% of its wildflower meadows since the 1930s, which is why our Birds and the Bees initiative is so vital. By supporting farmers who plant dedicated wildflower habitats, we’re helping to bring the "buzz" back to the British countryside. 🌸🐝

When you choose our special Birds and the Bees eggs, you’re not just getting a high-quality breakfast; you’re supporting a future where nature can thrive.
