Cooked episode 13🍋🥛

Homemade cottage cheese might be one of the easiest high-protein foods you can make at home.

Made using rich organic cow with calf milk from Organic Farm, this simple recipe gives you a fresh, creamy cottage cheese packed with protein, calcium, healthy fats, and gut-friendly nutrients. It is perfect for breakfasts, salads, toast, or just eating straight from the spoon.

Ingredients:
• 1L cow with calf milk
• 1 organic lemon
• Salt

Method:

1. Heat the milk until it reaches boiling point.
2. Remove from the heat and squeeze in the juice of 1 whole lemon.
3. Leave to sit for 20–30 minutes while the curds separate.
4. Strain through a cheesecloth (I used a normal kitchen cloth).
5. Don’t strain it fully, keep some whey in for that creamy texture.
6. Add salt to taste… finito.
