We get asked all the time about the “mistake” of price of our ham and pineapple pizza the common question (is it the ham what makes it that pricey.!!)

The "Chef is Italian" Tax:

Look, we need to talk. Our Chef is Italian, and to him, putting pineapple on a pizza isn't just a "choice"—it’s a personal attack on his heritage. He’s not angry, just... disappointed.

But, because we believe in "freedom of choice" (even the questionable ones), we’ve reached a compromise.

The Gold-Standard Hawaiian
If you absolutely must have that tropical sweetness on your crust, you can. But it’s going to cost you.

• Price: £125

• Why? Because that’s the exact cost of the therapy Chef needs every time he has to slice a pineapple near a pizza base.

• What you get: A pizza, a very judgmental look from the kitchen, and the status of being a high-roller with "interesting" taste. 😂
