How lucky are we to have produce like this right on our doorstep! 🤩🐑🐖

Beautiful local pork and lamb from L & S Gifford in Bressay!

And if you're lucky, you might even get your hands on a steak from some fantastic local Bressay beef that we've been patiently dry ageing to bring out its incredible flavour! 🥩

The quality and consistency of the produce coming from the Giffords' farm is simply outstanding, and it's something we're incredibly proud to have in our counters.

And it's not just the meat! Their fantastic eggs and tatties are also a regular fixture in our shop. 🥔🥚

This really is local produce at its finest and a brilliant example of the hard work, care and dedication that goes into farming here in Shetland.

Hats off to Team Gifford! Keep up the fantastic work! 👏
