🚨 NEW DATES FOR 2026 🤩 🚨

We are pleased to announce the lovely Annette from ACE Allergy Testing is now back visiting us instore! Annette has been providing her testing services here with us at OOTW for over 15 years, and after a break during the last two years, we are so glad to have here back in store!

Annette uses the Vega testing method to test for over 100 different food intolerances, E numbers, and Vitamin and Mineral deficiencies. The results speak for themselves with hundreds of patients being alleviated from long term health concerns simply by removing certain problem foods and drinks. This has proved life changing for many of our customers and improved the quality of lives of countless people, including some members of staff here at OOTW.

What you need:
- 2x THE FILET Pink Pepper & Lemon Style
- Onions, Garlic and Cherry Tomatoes
- Cooking Cream
- Spinache & Cheese
- Oil/Butter for frying

How to do it:
1️⃣ Fry the Filets in Oil/Butter
2️⃣ Add Onion, Garlic and the Cherry Tomamtoes in the same Oil (for better taste 😉)
3️⃣ Add the Cooking Cream and Spinache and let it cook then add the cheese
4️⃣ Add the Filets to your Sauce
