🥛✨ Milk Kefir – Second Fermentation ✨🥛

Did you know you can give your milk kefir a second fermentation to boost flavour, improve texture, and create a naturally fizzy drink?

After straining out the grains, simply bottle your kefir and add your favourite flavours such as:
🍓 Fruit
🍯 Honey
🌿 Vanilla or spices
🫐 Berry purée

Leave it at room temperature for 12–48 hours, then chill in the fridge. The longer it ferments, the tangier and fizzier it becomes!

Second fermentation is a brilliant way to make kefir even more delicious while continuing to support beneficial probiotics.
