Well this week at the wellbeing suite has been wonderful, welcomed some new faces and had some retuning ladies 🪄🙏
Probably the most favourite thing i witness is the physical change in energy post treatment. People looking lighter and you can just see they've been away ! Which is what i want to see post treatment 🫶
If you need some TLC , want to set some time aside for you. Then we have appointments available Tuesday-Sunday including evening and weekend appointments for your convenience

The rain added to the treatment at the hub last night , the sound of the rain and wind on the window added to the sound therapy session . The bowls sang beautifully during the treatment, candles were lit and the client all cosy and warm in a blanket ✨️

Tonight was the full moon Gatherings at the Beach Yoga space at our hub . Perfect evening, lots of lovely chatter with like minded souls.
We drank Cacao wrote letters to the universe , journeyed for clarity and wisdom . Perfect evening with beautiful views across Morecambe bay . So lucky to have this space to use .

Dream and Journey ✨️🪶

I will be announcing today the launch of my Shamanic Journey sessions . This session is designed to allow oneself a monthly check in . To check in for guidance, messages and to travel between the seen and unseen worlds. This offering is the Journey only and a space to be held to process and to heal . I will be holding my next session on the 7th December, once the booking is live i will update accordingly and my other session will be at in the new year .

Potential for a spiritual social post journey to connect with like minded souls over a cuppa .

These hopefully will be regular monthly venues depending on how well received they will be .

What is a Shamanic Journey?🪶✨️
A Shamanic Journey is a spiritual practice that involves entering an altered state of consciousness to connect with the spiritual realms for healing, guidance, and insight. Using rhythmic drumming, rattling, or other repetitive sounds, the practitioner — often called a shaman or journeyer — shifts their awareness beyond ordinary reality to access the “non-ordinary” world. In this space, they may meet spirit guides, power animals, or ancestors who offer wisdom and support. The journey is deeply personal and symbolic, allowing one to explore the hidden aspects of the self, release old energies, and restore harmony between body, mind, and spirit. It’s a timeless practice found in many indigenous traditions, serving as a bridge between the physical and spiritual worlds.
