Winning awards at various competitions and shows. Charles Hough's family have farmed for several generations in and around the Bexton, Knutsford area. With a lifetime of experience, Charles has continued to evolve with the present trends in cheesemaking. However, wanting to remain as a smaller artisan business, has allowed him to concentrate on maintaining the quality of our products. Over the last 30 years he has attended many Craft, Food and Agricultural Shows, selling his wares all over the United Kingdom.

Hi Everyone,
Sorry, it's later than normal, due to Christmas Market commitments, but we are opening our pop-up shop on Bexton Lane for all your cheese, for Christmas ! We've had many requests already, so we are opening tomorrow, Friday 19th December until Christmas Eve !
Come along to see what we have - baskets, wraps, cheeseboards, etc........and all our usual varieties of cheeses available, including Salted Caramel, Balsamic & Onion, and new Black Pepper!

Opening times : 12 noon until 5pm - everyday including Sunday.
On Christmas Eve the pop-up shop will close at 4pm.
