Raffaello and Raspberry Deluxe!! This cake had layers of Light Vanilla Sponge filled with Silky Vanilla Buttercream and Raspberry Coulis on the inside. On the outside it is totally encased in Vanilla Buttercream and covered in Freeze Dried Raspberry and topped with lots of Raffaello and piped buttercream peaks!! Hi Guys, it’s is with regret that I will not be running my stall in Faversham Market tomorrow as the weather is going to be awful. Having spoken to Shane Waterman Market Manager, he has informed me that the Market will also be closing at 1pm due to the high winds expected in the afternoon.
