Have you registered your card? To become a full Co-op Member, you’ll need to register your card within 12 weeks of using it.

You can register your temporary card by:

Downloading the Co-op App from the App store, which allows you to select a number of personal offers each week; or by visiting www.coop.co.uk/membership; or by phone: 0800 023 4708.

When you register as a member, we give you the choice of a digital card only, or both a digital card and plastic card. If you choose a plastic card, we'll send it within 10 working days.

Now you can serve yourself when you are in store!
All tills are open all the time, and there will always be a colleague ready to help you.

If you prefer to be served by a colleague, that is perfectly fine.

Just so you know, cash payments will still need a colleague to complete the transaction.

To be clear, serving yourself is entirely optional.

We are always here to help if you need us.
