After 18 incredible years, it’s time to say goodbye (but definitely not quietly!) to Lisa as she heads off to start an exciting new chapter as Inverurie’s newest driving instructor 🚗

Lisa joined us as a Saturday kid and has been part of the fabric of this business ever since. Her journey through the trade has been nothing short of outstanding—picking up accolades along the way like Scottish Young Butcher of the Year, UK Young Butcher of the Year, and UK Finalist Meat Manager of the Year. Not to mention playing a huge role in building a business that went on to become UK Butcher Shop of the Year and Scottish Champion multiple times… and that’s only scratching the surface when it comes to awards.

Beyond the awards, Lisa brought something even more valuable every single day—commitment, professionalism, and a standard of quality that never slipped. And of course, her wit and humour… jeez, we’ve had some laughs along the way!

We’re all incredibly grateful for everything you’ve given to the business, Lisa. It won’t be the same without you.
