So excited to be back doing our first hog roast since lockdown. The meat's cooking, salad is being prepped and we've ironed our clothes. 🐷🔥🥗

The pork has been on for a few hours, slowly roasting away. Looking and smelling heavenly. 🐷 🔥🔥

For the little ones with discerning tastebuds, we’re going to cook up some lovely juicy pork sausages and turn them into “hot dogs” for them. Tomato ketchup and crisps at the ready.

Can’t wait to serve them at Brampton Park Golf Club later.
