- Mega day out at Dirty Dino, Utah. Easily one of the best organised races I’ve done and the route through the Uintas made for a proper training ride. Six hours at 3,000+ meters was the perfect workout for the legs and lungs. Massive thanks to for putting on such a good event. On to the next one!

London Nocturne race report -

It was insane to be back racing in London city centre. The Nocturne is one of those races I watched when I was younger that got me into cycling, so it was incredible to be able to line up.

The London crowds bought an incredible atmosphere. As soon as the race started the pace was incredibly high, stringing out the whole bunch. For the first half of the race I kept myself well positioned towards the top.

I positioned well but half way around the rider in front of me slid out on a tight corner! Somehow I managed to keep myself upright but the crash allowed 9 riders to go up the road. Another rider and I tried to bridge the gap and we came agonisingly close until the front group kicked on again. The second group on the road worked well and kept that front split in our sights but we never quite could close the gap. I rolled across the line after an intense final lap in 16th, gutted about what could have been but full of so much confidence for the National Circuit Series
