Did Becky make it too easy by choosing our most popular steak?

If this is your go-to choice for steak, save this for when it's time to cook:

1. Out of the fridge 30 mins before, so it cooks evenly edge to edge.
2. Pan screaming hot.
3. Butter, garlic, thyme - baste until it's golden.
4. Rest it. Let the juices settle.

Slice into it too early and all that flavour ends up on the board instead of in your mouth!

Beef rib or Pork leg... which are you choosing?

Beef rib:
Sear in the pan for 15-20 minutes per 500 grams then throw straight in the oven, or if you're feeling adventurous, cook over fire on the BBQ!
