We were incredibly proud to have been featured in the latest edition of Meat Management. As a third-generation business, sustainability isn’t just about the environment. It’s about creating a business built to last.

Supporting local farmers, working with trusted suppliers, championing traditional skills and looking forward has always been part of our philosophy.

From Neil starting out alongside his father, to Ben and Pete helping in the shops as children, the foundations of our business have always been rooted in hard work, quality, trust and community.

Being able to grow and evolve whilst staying true to those roots is something we’re incredibly proud of.

Delivery Driver - Ewyas Harold up to 40 hours per week (Monday to Saturday)

From the lush pastures of our county in Herefordshire, to the traditionally hand-dressed quarters at the small local abattoir in Leintwardine our grass-fed Herefordshire beef is truly a masterclass in provenance.

The secret to the great taste of Neil Powell beef lies in our maturation process. We age our beef in a Himalayan rock salt cold room, using UV filtration and natural enzymes to tenderise every muscle from within. For our most prized steak cuts, like the Tomahawk, Sirloin and Denver, we further dry-age on the bone to build a deep, "beefy" profile that is unmistakably ours.
