A Family run butchers shop owned by Gordon Atkinson. All our meat is locally sourced and fully TRACE elite meat.

All our meat is locally sourced and fully traceable. All our Lamb comes from Gordon's brother and business partner Andrew on his family farm in Kettlesing. Our Beef comes from Malham near Skipton and occasionally from other carefully selected Yorkshire farmers. Our Pork comes from Easingwold or other carefully selected Yorkshire farmers.

Friday calls for a cracking good steak! 🥩

Our beef comes from Farmer Frank in Malham, where grass-fed cattle are free to roam on limestone pastures.

Back at Elite Meat, we expertly dry-age the beef to develop its deep rich flavour and tenderness, before carefully preparing each cut for our counter.

Quality Yorkshire beef, reared with care and butchered with experience. Just how we like it! 👌🏼
