TRANSPARENCY POST: UNDERSTANDING HOW WHOLESALE WORKS 📦

We recently received a review calling us out over the texture and quality of a specific brand's Ofada rice after it was washed and cooked. We want to take a moment to clarify how our business operates.

At Bibi’s Direct and Alfa Wholesale, we are wholesalers, not manufacturers. We source top brands from trusted suppliers and supply them to you at the best possible prices.

If there is a genuine, visible defect with a product, we are always here to help. However, we do not control the manufacturing process, nor can we issue refunds simply because a cooked product does not meet personal taste expectations. For specific product quality or taste issues, we highly encourage reaching out directly to the manufacturer.

We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your continued support!
