When we first started making our own sausages, we were only producing a handful of batches. Fast forward to now, and we’re making 4–5 times as many sausages as we used to, with around 15 different flavours to choose from! 👏🌭

The Three Musketeers? These go by The Three Butcherteers!

There’s never a dull moment when these three are together! Always up for a laugh, constantly giving each other stick and we’re pretty sure they spend just as much time winding each other up as they do working! 😂🥊

But jokes aside, when it comes to getting the job done, these lads know exactly what they’re doing! 💪🥩 From keeping the counters looking top-notch to coming up with loads of different products for you all to enjoy, there’s always something new being cooked up behind the scenes at Hamlets! 👨‍🍳🔥

Every great team needs a famous duo… and we reckon Dawn & Liz are ours! 😂

Like Ant & Dec, they’re rarely seen without each other.
Like Morecambe & (Not so) Wise, there’s always plenty of banter.
And like The Chuckle Brothers… there’s usually a bit of “to me, to you” going on behind the counter! 🤣

Dawn & Liz are the friendly faces you’ll find at the front of shop, serving our customers, keeping the counter looking spot on and making sure everyone leaves with exactly what they came in for.

They’re a huge part of the Hamlets team — and we couldn’t do it without them!

Ever wondered how we make our sausages? 👀

Our sausages have become more and more popular over the years! From the classics to some of our more adventurous flavours, the range we offer is forever getting bigger and better. And we love the challenge of producing new sausages!

We’re always trying new flavours and coming up with something different, while making sure the quality stays where it should be.

So here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at how we make our sausages here at Hamlets. It would be great if it only took that long to make them however 👀💨
