The site is home to the majestic ruins of an Augustinian abbey founded in 1206 (open year round, no charge 24/7). The Cafe & Food Hall and the Courtyard Shops are open from 10am to 4pm.

The farmers’ market is open this Saturday from 9.30am till 1pm. Over 55 spectacular stands by local farmers, fishermen, growers, bakers, cooks and makers. 90% food and drink. Fresh berries and vegetables in season. Shops and services open till 4pm. Dogs welcome on leads.

It’s all things berries for the farmers’ market this Saturday! From early raspberries and fresh strawberries to delectable entremet from and possibly strawberry tarts from ! We’ll have an abundance of perfect summer ingredients for entertaining at home and for picnics including quiche, salads, olives, bread, meat, seafood, cheese, beer and local sparkling wine all spring to mind.

ALMOST TIME FOR Plant Lovers’ Day on Saturday 16th May. Perfect for gardening inspiration!

Taking place just before RHS Chelsea begins, come and visit 25 of the best specialist nurseries from across East Anglia who gather to show off and sell you what they have grown, and to answer your questions.

In 2026, Pro-Safety Medical Services Ltd will support Plant Lovers’ Day as its official medical partner by providing a dedicated HCPC-registered healthcare professional on standby throughout the event. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to creating a safe, welcoming and well-supported environment for event staff, stallholders and visitors, and we all hope it marks the start of a long-term working relationship for future events.

Pro-Safety Medical Services specialises in delivering professional pre-hospital care, providing trained healthcare professionals to support public safety at events and within organisations. They work with a wide range of clients to ensure their medical provision aligns with recognised safety frameworks, including the Purple Guide, the Green Guide and relevant local authority handbook requirements.

In terms of training, Pro-Safety Training, delivers a comprehensive range of safety and compliance courses, including pre-hospital care, First Aid at Work, Mental Health First Aid, safeguarding, fire safety and health & safety, and was named Health & Safety Training Provider of the Year 2025/26 for the South of England.

You’ll also find outstanding garden tools by Tinker and Fix; compost from PlantGrow; wrought iron supports by Norfolk Estate Fencing and bird feeders by Birdfeeder Tree plus Norfolk Shepherd Hut Sales & Hire with their stunning handmade wooden huts.

Raising funds for Priscilla Bacon Lodge providing support for patients and their families. Funds raised go towards The Garden Workshop which offers hands-on gardening activities for patients promoting time outdoors, wellbeing and social interaction.

Entry £5 with all profits to Priscilla Bacon Lodge. Under 16s FOC. Free parking plus access to the cafe and shops does not require an entrance fee. Dogs welcome on leads. Open 10am to 4pm.

Welcome to the first Farmers’ Market at Creake Abbey in 2026! We are delighted to have over 60 fabulous stands booked in drawn from the region’s BEST food and drink producers.

This officially confirms that the extra farmers market with gifts, due to take place on Saturday 20th December , has been CANCELLED. We are truly saddened to have to announce this - more details can be found on our website under the event listing.

Please continue to support the many small businesses who were due to attend - orders for collection can be arranged direct or a few traders will be here to meet you. The Barn Cafe, shops and services are all open till 4pm every day including on 22nd December (Monday) through to 23rd December. The hair salon and Reformer Pilates studio services are open by appointment.
