These delicious 3oz meatballs are handmade using local ingredients, by Jacob.
To serve we used half the red w**e and mushroom sauce, along with onions and tomato passata, to create a rich, flavoursome sauce served with the meatballs over tagliatelle.
It makes a quick, nourishing warming winter meal—perfect before heading out to rugby training in the wind and rain☔️, as is often the case on our Friday evenings 🤗🥰.
