Fresh pasta, made in the Pantry.

Our pasta extruder is hard at work, turning beremeal and semolina flour into beautiful fresh pasta. You’ll find it in boxes in our fridges, ready to take home.

We have also just launched our fresh egg pasta, made with the very best Scottish free range eggs from

Everything to go with it is on our shelves too, from jars of sauce and olive oil to dried Italian porcini and a little Parmesan to finish.

Beautiful ceramics in the Pantry by .

Find glazed mugs, cups, vases and oil cruets. Perfect for a morning coffee, a few stems on the table, or olive oil by the stove.

Claire is a small batch potter based in Glasgow and has been working with clay for over 20 years, and her collections respond to the changing colours, textures and seasons of Scotland’s wild landscapes.

Now in the Pantry, a set of steel bowls and sieves that nest neatly together made by Wahei Freiz in Niigata, the centre of metal craftsmanship in Japan. Lovely, thoughtful pieces for the kitchen, and they take up very little room in the cupboard.

In the Pantry, beautiful chocolates from .

Audrey’s is the oldest chocolatier in Sussex, handmaking in Hove since 1948 with chocolate. Choose from little house boxes of chocolate buttons, hedgehogs, frogs and lovely wrapped bars.

What's in our basket this weekend? Pasta night essentials.

Our Tuscan sausage ragu, made fresh with lots of fennel. Alongside it, our Lannan beremeal and semolina pasta, and Parmesan for grating over the top.

Add a bottle of Morgon, a juicy red that pairs perfectly with the fennel and sausage. A lovely approach to an autumn style red.

Heat the ragu, cook the pasta, pour the w**e. Dinner is sorted.

It's pumpkin and squash season, and at Lannan that means every excuse to use them.

You'll find squash on the produce table at the Pantry, along with the rest of the autumn harvest. In the Bakery, pumpkin pastries are on the counter, and the seasonal hot drinks menu includes a lovely housemade delica pumpkin latte with brown sugar and beautiful fresh spices, developed by our wonderful head barista Harriet.

New shapes in the Pantry.

We've been working with Kayla of , a story led design studio that makes small batch brass pins. Ours are based on things you'll find on our shelves, including cheese, olives and pasta.

They are made from solid brass, which patinas over time, so each pin changes a little the longer you have it.

Le Primeur, Le Coste, a w**e we’re excited about for autumn.

A red from Gradoli in Lazio, Italy, made with the Aleatico grape. It is fermented with native yeasts, unfiltered and unfined, with no added sulphites.

In the glass it is a wonderful shade of purple, with notes of red berries and rose and a refreshing finish of blood orange and bitter herbs.
