STOCK NOW READY FOR ORDER:🦌
Recent butchering of two young red deer and two roe deer gives us the chance to put on our wee market a new lot of items, now available for order!
If the proposed sizes of the package don't fit your needs, just let us now and we will reseal them according to your preferences!
- Sausage, venison*= 13 packages / size available in between 335 - 560 gr / £15 per kg
- Venison, diced = 14 packages x around 1 kg /£16 each
- Venison, mince = 11 packages x 600gr / £9 each
- Roe deer, haunch (boneless) = 3 pieces x around 1,5 kg each/ £28 per kg
- Roe deer, haunch (bone-in) = 1 piece x 1,7kg / £25 per kg
A lot of venison in different cuts available till stock lasts to be sold as roast or steak meat, up to around 8kg (red deer) and up to 1,7 (roe deer) / £ 30 per kg
Steaks we can cut already on request or leave the whole piece as it is, just let us know!!!
* ingredients of our venison sausages: venison meat (70%), lard (30%), salt, (0,28%), pepper (0,18%), spices (0,12%)(nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon), sugar (5 spoonful), garlic, red wine.
