If you're wanting a lighter, flavourful cheddar that isn't as strong as our Bob, Scottish or mature white we have a lovely mild red cheddar. Mild and smooth this cheese is perfect for that cheese craving without being too strong.

We love to use this cheese in a sandwich with salad, or used alongside a stronger cheese in a panini.

Yesterday was a great day with the 1940s market being on! To go with any cheeses you bought from us we have a lot of different chutneys, onions , and big jars of Piccalilli. The beetroot chutney and sticky tomato are perfect to put with mature cheddars and smoked cheeses.

Pairing fruity cheese with other foods is an easy task, sweet and savoury there's no end to the combinations you can try. Pick some fruity cheese today and try adding fresh strawberries, chocolate covered pretzels and a complimenting cheese such as Edam or a cheddar and you have a bowl of delicious treats.

If you're popping by today for some cheese or a sandwich, ask about our cheddar with herb and garlic. Smooth creamy cheddar perfectly blended with lots of herbs and a well balanced helping of garlic.

This cheese is easy to slice, and we would reccommend trying it with a herby baguette and leafy salad.
