I have been making cupcakes for about a year now, and what started out as cakes for my daughter to take to work, has blossomed into cakes that well pass for "bespoke". I have so many ideas bursting in my head, and its fantastic being able to translate thes
e ideas into beautiful edible cake decorations. I only use the very best ingredients, including 100% butter, only free range eggs (they must be from happy hens!) and the finest Madagascan vanilla essence. I feel proud to have a 5 star rating from The Foods Standard Agency, Borough of Broxbourne,following my kitchen inspection (I will post a photo of my certificate)
My prices start from £1.10 for a buttercream swirl with perhaps glitter and a single decoration, and for the majority of childrens cup cakes, increasing to £1.50 for more complex designs. handmade roses. Gift boxes with clear lids make the presentation even more special, whilst plain white cakeboxes are 50p each. All of my sugar decorations are individually hand made, with a lot of care, and nothing leaves me unless I am completely happy with their appearance and that I would be happy if I was buying them. I can usually complete orders at fairly short notice, but a quick chat will confirm this.
