Just an appreciation post for all the catering that was booked on Saturday 😁 2 x Birthday celebrations 🎉 a weight lifting competition 🏋️‍♀️, and a wedding 👰‍♀️ 25 large boxes made in total, all freshly prepared that same day! Thank you so much for supporting my little business 🫶

After today we will be CLOSED from Monday 27th April and back open Tuesday 5th May for a staff break ☀️ We are a small team and we work extremely hard feeding all the lovely people of Carterton and the surrounding areas. Wow… what a morning!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who ordered our Mother’s Day Afternoon Teas today. The support for our little independent business honestly means the world to us.

The alarm went off at 3am on a Sunday morning… but seeing how happy everyone was when they collected made the early start completely worth it.

From prepping sandwiches and baking cakes to packing all the boxes ready for collection — we’ve been busy behind the scenes making sure every mum gets something special today.

We hope all the amazing mums, nans and mother figures enjoy their afternoon teas and have had a lovely Mother’s Day.

Thank you for continuing to support my small local businesses — it really does make a difference.

Due to the loss of running water in Carterton we are unable to open the shop. We are not able to operate safely with food and hygiene standards. This has a devastating impact on us small businesses ( particularly Friday being our busiest day of the week!) We are hoping that the problem will be resolved soon and it does not affect us after today🤞🏻
