Squishes – Refund & Exchange Policy

To keep our products in the best condition for all customers, please read our policy carefully:

* No refunds will be given unless the product is faulty.
* We will offer an exchange within 1 hour of purchase or on the same day if the item is returned in its original condition.
* Items returned days or weeks later, or returned dirty, damaged, or heavily used, will not be refunded or exchanged.
* All squishes are available to view in store, but please do not open sealed products unless purchasing them.
* We kindly ask parents and guardians to supervise children. Unfortunately, we have had issues with children opening squishes and squeezing them excessively, which has resulted in damaged stock.
* We do understand that some faults are genuine, and we will always assess these fairly.

We are excited to announce the opening of our second store which is located on Wigton road Carlisle
This store is 4 times the size & has much more to offer we have a coffee station with donuts & cookies

Also we will be using Steve Wilson’s butchers for all your fresh meats & pies
