With the autumnal feels getting closer 🍂 Yesterday we treated ourselves to a twist on a classic of Bangers and Mash. Creamy Leek Mash and a home made gravy from Ashleigh Mogford 👩🏼‍🍳 and of course we had to use our home-reared Plain Pork sausages and lots of 🇬🇧 vegetables, simply delicious 😊With a busy day today, we still have enough for leftovers so saves the arguing over “what shall we have for tea tonight” 🍁

What a difference a day makes 🌧️☀️ A HUGE thank-you to all of you who braved the miserable weather yesterday and still came to our POP-UP shop. We were worried that the rain would make it a disastrous day..how wrong we were. We cannot stress how grateful we are to have continued support. It’s reassuring to see familiar faces coming back and hearing “my friend recommended you” We still have a variety of our PGI Welsh Beef and sausages available if you’d like anything then just DM us. To state the obvious…Weather isn’t brilliant today 🌧️ But as they say ‘Come rain or Shine’ Pop-Up is still on, after all we are Farmers and use to the Weather not being on our side 💪 So if you fancy grabbing some winter warmers or burgers and sausages for tomorrow ☀️you know where to find us. After our busy weekend at the show🥉Focus is back to getting ready for This Saturdays Pop-Up Shop. We will be having our Homebred Welsh Farm assured Shorthorn Beef available 🥩 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Home-reared Frozen Pork sausages 🌭 Unfortunately we will have NO Lamb as previously advertised, apologies for this. Remember you’ll also be able to stock up on some lovely local honey and other homemade skin products Tim Wright

🎉 Pop-Up Shop is BACK🎉 Saturday 19th September! We will be back with our Homebred Shorthorn Beef, Homereared Pork sausages and some Lisvane Lamb. Yesterday we treated the cows and calves to something neither of us have seen for a while, a green field. Not much grass but certainly better than what they have been use these last few months 🌱 Whilst later in the evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset

When you can’t decide what steak to have so we had all 3. Today we had our Farm Assured Shorthorn Sirloin, Ribeye and Fillet. We opted for some of .mum sexy summer sides. Street corn salad and the crushed potato salad was just Incredible of course we only used the BEST honey around from 🐝 For those of you guys who picked up Beef this weekend m, thank you for supporting us we hope you enjoy and would love to see your pics. 🚜🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
