Has living outside become a privilege?

Hours outside swapped for hours on screens.

It raises the question are we using technology or is it us who is now being used?

We were never designed to live in square boxes with white washed walls.

The human eye can see more shades of green than any other colour, this evolved from the wisdom gained by our ancestors.

Gazing at the horizon relaxes our minds, the exact opposite to the way we respond to closely viewing screens.

We have evolved with animals, omens, seasons and life.

Sea water and the amniotic fluid we are held in share a remarkable resemblance.

We are meant to evolve with nature. 🌿

Beef Liver is one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet.

Our ancestors prized it as a food to nourish, support & strengthen, and reserved it for those who needed it the most; like couples trying to conceive, women in postpartum and warriors going into battle.

But it doesn’t end there šŸ‘‡

We see beef liver as one of the most powerful foods to fill the nutrient gaps in the modern diet. A key source of:

- Vitamin B12
- Vitamin A
- Copper
- Heme-Iron (the most absorbable version)
- B2
- & over 73% more folate (Vitamin B9) than spinach gram-for-gram

A staple for energy, vitality, mood and clarity, with pre-formed retinol to support skin from the inside out too…

Beef liver has been part of the human diet for centuries. Your grand parents and great grand parents probably ate it often, and we think it’s a valuable food worth keeping around for generations to come.

Have you made beef liver part of your diet yet?

Big Food loves it when vegans and carnivores argue online…

Because it distracts people from the real issue at hand…

How broken our food system is.

Surely we can all agree on one thing…

Whether you eat plants, animals or both…

We should be trying to eat food that’s grown in a way that doesn’t poison the soil or treat animals cruelly.

The focus should be on reducing our dependence on big food and industrial agriculture and supporting regenerative farming.

This type of farming:
- Has the highest standards for animal welfare
- Sequesters more carbon into the soil than it gives off
- Promotes wildlife biodiversity
- Improves water holding capacity (preventing flooding)
- Supports smaller scale family run farms
- Works in harmony with the environment
- Improves soil health
- Doesn’t rely on artificial chemicals, antibiotics and hormones

It’s time to start putting our food system back into the hands of farmers who care about animals, the land and our health šŸ„©šŸŒŽšŸŒæ

European photo dump… our last trip before we welcome another little one to the family.

Living on cheese, ham, fresh bread, oranges, fish & steak. Unbelievably good. šŸŸšŸ„©šŸŠšŸ‘Œ

With everything happening on the world stage right now, it feels like there’s no good news left to share… So here’s a breath of fresh air:

recently committed £1.6 billion to British farming in 2026.

That’s right!

To real British farmers - over 2,500 of them - across meat, dairy, eggs, fruit and veg.

Why does this give us hope?

It’s becoming undeniable that the systems are broken.

Modern powers are so set on homogenising humans, funnelling our experiences and perspectives to fall in step with their agenda.

As always we turn to nature. We turn to community, connection, the land.

We choose to listen to ourselves before an external body or an artificial intelligence.

To live as close as we can to the ways we have evolved.

To eat real food. Be outside. Slow things down. To rediscover human.

Bone broth is one of the foods humans have likely consumed for the longest time.

Our ancestors honoured & made use of the whole animal - including the bones 🦓

Rich in collagen and protein, its also a key source of trace minerals like šŸ‘‡

• Iron
• Phosphorous
• Sodium
• Potassium
• Copper
& a host of amino acids

Mixed into bolognese, soup or made into a simple tea, bone broth is an amazing way to support the gut lining, joints, skin, hair, nails and even the nervous system. 🄘 ā˜•

They say ā€˜good broth will resurrect the dead’ - we’re not sure about that, but we do know it’s our new favourite way to start the day. šŸŒ…

Here’s to more mornings that start with nourishment, nutrient-dense foods and investing in our wellbeing.

You literally build your body from the food you eat…

And not only does what you consume dictate how every cell in your body is made, but also the level to which they can function.

If you want to be feeling and operating at your best, you need to flood your body with bioavailable vitamins and minerals on a daily basis and keep food caused inflammation to a minimum.

Some more cell lifespans you might find interesting are:

- White blood cells (immunity) = 1-2 days
- S***m cells = 2-3 days once mature
- Red blood cells (oxygen transportation) = 120 days
- Taste bud cells = 10-14 days
- Bone cells = 2 weeks or 3 months (depending on type)

Nutrition is so much more than calories in vs calories out… as you can see from this, it’s important to go a level deeper and think about your micronutrient intake too.

Consistently consuming high levels of micronutrients on a daily basis means you’ll build new cells fast and optimally so they’ll function to their greatest potential. For example if you have good levels of iron, this will ensure oxygen delivery is flowing and energy production is where you need it. Alternatively if iron is low, this reduces oxygen delivery and limits energy production.

That’s why we’re huge proponents of real foods, grown without chemicals and especially animal foods, organ meats and bones - because they’re the best source of natural and bioavailable micronutrients we have available to us 🄩🦓

The number 1 food that big pharma doesn’t want you to know about, but our ancestors definitely did…Beef Organs - THE Ancestral Superfood.

Humans have lived with and farmed cattle for thousands of years, and for the longest time, we made sure nothing went to waste.

Traditionally, every part of the animal was put to use not just for our own benefit, but to honour the animal too. Organs are by far the most nutrient-dense part of any animal, with valuable levels of vitamins and minerals that just can’t be matched by muscle meat.

When it comes to choosing supplements, it’s much more beneficial to look to beef organs than synthetic, lab-created vitamins, because your body literally evolved to consume them. Vitamin and mineral levels within beef organs are also naturally balanced and easier to absorb, unlike isolated synthetic vitamins, which can cause nutritional imbalances and even deplete other essential nutrients.

Swipe to find out 5 reasons our ancestors prized organ meats šŸ‘‰

Introducing our newest product; Organic & Grass-Fed Beef Bone Broth Concentrate, we are so excited to finally share this with you šŸ‘ŒšŸ¦“

We’ve been drinking this first thing in the morning for years now, it’s amazing for gut health & packed full of nutrients.

Bone Broth is one of nature’s true superfoods and is often referred to as body glue due to its ability to build and maintain the gut lining, joints skin and bones. We always start the day with this instead of coffee, because coffee causes our body to release hydrochloric acid. This isn’t an issue after eating, however if you’re drinking coffee first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, this can break down the stomach lining and cause leaky gut. Starting the day with bone broth instead, lines the stomach and protects the gut.

We make ours by slow cooking organic, grass-fed and regeneratively farmed beef bones to create a nutrient dense and delicious liquid broth concentrate, which is rich in naturally occurring collagen as well as a whole host of amino acids like glycine, proline and glutamine. Just as nature intended.

Making it this way means that it’s both nutrient and flavour dense, so you only need to add one tsp to a meal or drink to get a whole host of nutrition as well as massively enhancing the taste.

High in protein and containing naturally occurring collagen, it contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle mass. And, being a whole food it also contains trace amounts of beneficial minerals such as iron, potassium and copper.

We hope you enjoy as much as we do šŸ¦“šŸ²
