Paddock Farm Butchery Farmers, graziers, butchers

Tamworth pork, pasture-raised beef and lamb, super-free-range eggs, no dig veg. Suppliers to top chefs and home cooks nationwide.

www.paddock.fm Paddock Farm began five years ago when brothers Nick and Jon Francis wanted to produce home-reared heritage breed pork for their family. We now have the largest herd of heritage breed Tamworth pigs in the country and work with a small group of like-minded food producers to supply our butchery and network of top restaurants. We genuinely care about the wellbeing of our animals and care equally about the provenance of everything we source. Our farm is based on simple principles with a focus on welfare and we only work with other producers that meet our standards.

What an honour to be featured on Dame Prue Leith’s latest Cotswold Kitchen series on ITV. Tune in this Saturday morning to enjoy the episode for yourself and watch us put her husband through his paces on the farm. I’m sure the final dish will be worth it.

Thank you and for involving us. Cotswold Royalty:

Regular moving of our cattle is vital to ensure that they get the nutrition they require to thrive, whilst improving the grasslands that sustain them.

Today was a big move right across the farm. What a view!

Choosing our replacement heifers is one of the most important jobs on the farm. Every season, we take another step forward in building the genetic base of our herd — and it all starts right here, with picking out the best of the best!

With the bulls going out in just a couple of weeks, we’ve been out in the paddocks selecting the heifers who’ll shape the future of our herd.
