www.paddock.fm Paddock Farm began five years ago when brothers Nick and Jon Francis wanted to produce home-reared heritage breed pork for their family. We now have the largest herd of heritage breed Tamworth pigs in the country and work with a small group of like-minded food producers to supply our butchery and network of top restaurants. We genuinely care about the wellbeing of our animals and ca

re equally about the provenance of everything we source. Our farm is based on simple principles with a focus on welfare and we only work with other producers that meet our standards.

An epic 24hr roast of a whole side of beef from our certified herd on the farm where it was born and raised. From the land to your plate - a true celebration of farm-to-fork. Delivered by the dream team with our top pals
